Full refunds or exchanges will be made to any customer who presents the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. You must pay for return shipping for a refund or exchange due to anything other than a defect.

Refunds on credit card purchases will be made to the credit card account used for the purchase.
All sales are final on special ordered, personalized and engraved merchandise and on jewelry that has been sized or altered in length.
For website and telephone orders, the Packing Slip or a copy of the E-mail Order Confirmation can be used in place of the sales receipt.
